How the Clio Peppiatt Crystal Bag happened…
It started with a glass of rosé, as it often does, and ended with a bag that looks like it was conjured from a unicorn’s Pinterest board. Somewhere between glass two and “just browsing,” I stumbled across her—a pastel, crystal-encrusted, shoulder-perched fever dream.
My dear friends, I bought it.
The Clio Peppiatt Crystal Bag, in all its prismatic glory, looks like it was plucked straight from the set of Marie Antoinette (the Sofia Coppola version, obvi) and filtered through a Lisa Frank lens. The crystals catch the light like they have stock in whimsy. The ombré sunset fade from lemony yellow to ballerina pink to seafoam blue? Impractical, probably. Impossibly extra. But utterly irresistible.
Some might say: “Where would you wear that?”
To which I say: Where wouldn’t I?
- Farmer’s market? Let it sparkle among the strawberries.
- Dinner with friends? Let them ask. Let them envy.
- Taking out the trash? I AM the moment.
This bag isn’t just an accessory—it’s a conversation starter, a dopamine spike, a mood board made tangible. It’s the kind of thing you buy not because you need it, but because it whispered sweet nothings in your ear and your wine-addled brain said, “Yes. I deserve joy.”
And you know what? I do. And so do you.

Stay tuned for Volume III, because the wine still flows and my taste remains questionably fabulous. Want to see what happened in Volume 1? https://theorganzabonanza.com/things-the-wine-made-me-buy-a-series-volume-i/
